Responsibilities
- Define and Lead Marketing Strategy: Set the overall marketing direction, including brand, customer, and commercial growth, aligned with business objectives
- Drive Revenue, Traffic, and Conversion: Lead initiatives to increase store traffic, improve conversion rates, and accelerate sales across all channels
- Own Brand Strategy & Customer Experience: Develop strong brand positioning and ensure a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints, including in-store and campaigns
- Integrate Merchandising and Commercial Execution: Collaborate with Merchandising to align product strategy, pricing, and promotions with marketing initiatives to maximize sales and margins
- Lead Trade Marketing & In-Store Excellence: Oversee trade marketing, planograms, and visual merchandising to ensure high-impact and consistent execution across all stores
- Leverage Data & Customer Insights: Use customer data, campaign analytics, and market insights to drive data-driven decisions and improve marketing effectiveness
- Manage Marketing Investment & ROI: Plan and control the marketing budget to ensure strong ROI and efficient use of resources
- Build and Lead High-Performance Teams: Develop team capabilities, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive performance across marketing and related functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Retail Marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in retail or modern trade environments, with a proven ability to drive store traffic, conversion, sales growth, and campaign execution at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that drive both revenue growth and brand equity.
- Strong expertise in brand positioning, customer experience, and omnichannel marketing, with the ability to translate brand strategy into in-store execution.
- Proven ability to leverage data, customer insights, and performance analytics (ROI, campaign effectiveness, market trends) to support decision-making
- Strong ability to collaborate across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Store Operations, and other business units
- Proven leadership experience in building and managing high-performing teams, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong proficiency in English (Chinese is a plus)
