Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team to achieve targets and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts, while monitoring industry trends
- Summarize and report on sales performance, including any changes or issues that may impact targets
- Demonstrate a strong team-oriented mindset and motivate team members to achieve both individual and team targets
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to identify and secure new sales opportunities
- Review, validate, and approve documents prepared by team members
- Possess a good personality with strong logical thinking skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales (any industry)
- Good command of English (business level) is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets/KPIs
- Strong passion for sales and highly driven to achieve targets
- Good management skills, with the ability to manage a team and handle assignments effectively
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach team members
