Prepare monthly sales forecasts to submit to suppliers for material planning to prevent out-of-stock situations

Plan production in alignment with raw materials and finished goods, including monthly KPI summary reports

Convert customer forecasts into actual work orders to support production planning and prevent stock shortages or overstock

Plan production orders from forecasts, including quantities and production dates to meet delivery schedules

Calculate production cycle time for each process and determine output per shift/day to support planning and prevent stock shortages

Analyze stock movement trends and control inventory levels appropriately

Analyze and resolve production-related issues, including identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions

Plan and control inventory levels, including monthly stock checks for raw materials and finished goods

Issue purchase requisitions for raw materials and coordinate pricing with suppliers based on forecasts

Coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely ordering of raw materials and delivery schedules

Monitor quality issues with relevant departments and coordinate material replacements to avoid production delays and prevent stock shortages

Participate in 5S activities to improve operational efficiency

Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Experience: 5 years and above.Ability to analyze production systems and plan production effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Good coordination skills with subordinates and problem-solving ability

Knowledge of quality management systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949
