Control & Instrumentation Engineer (C&I Engineer) Power Plant/ ประจำสำนักงานใหญ่บางนา - บริษัท แอ๊บโซลูท คลีน เอ็นเนอร์จี้ จำกัด (มหาชน)

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed control system designs and prepare Electrical & Instrument (E&I) drawings
• Create, review, and update P&IDs and Instrument Loop Diagrams in compliance with international standards (e.g., ISA)
• Support the design and review of plant control systems, including DCS, PLC, and IoT frameworks, as well as communication systems (IT/CCTV/PAGA)
• Prepare technical datasheets and specifications for field instruments (Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature, Analytical)
• Develop TOR, BOQ, and RFQ documents for Control & Instrument scope
• Review vendor submissions and perform technical evaluations of supplier/contractor proposals
• Supervise and inspect on-site installation of instrumentation and control systems to ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards
• Participate in testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of DCS, PLC, and field instruments
• Support plant readiness for commercial operation

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in field instrumentation or C&I engineering in heavy industrial plants or large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of field instruments (Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature, Analytical)
• Strong understanding of international manufacturing and construction standards relevant to instrumentation, such as ISA, IEC, IEEE, ASME, ANSI, and API.
• Good command of technical English (spoken and written)
• Ability to travel upcountry or be stationed at power plant construction sites as required by project schedules
