Position : Technical Sales Engineer (Application Engineering) 
Products : Abrasives 

•  Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and application support for abrasive products to customers and the Sales team.
  • Analyze customer manufacturing processes and recommend effective abrasive solutions to improve productivity and performance.
  • Lead product trials, demonstrations, and application testing at customer sites.
  • Support sales opportunities by delivering technical presentations and value-based solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and act as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and suppliers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Application Engineering, Technical Sales Support, Sales Engineering, or related industrial environments.
• Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage customers at all levels.
• Experience managing product trials and customer projects.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
