Responsibilities
1. Develop the system and inspection standards management
2. Organize the sealing of samples for new product trials and production transfers, confirming product differences and updating inspection follow requirements.
3. Maintain the complete set of finished product inspection documents: inspection record forms, factory release reports, and cooperate with customer audits, third-party inspections, and system audits.
4. Implement batch sampling, testing, and disassembly to meet market access regulations and ensure compliance of refrigerators upon factory release.
5.Handling defective product and quality anonalies :Statistic the first-time pass rate of finished products, top defect types, rework rate, and inspection defect rate.
6.Inspection team management and training member with Inspection team
7.Cross-departmental Collaboration and Shipment Control with Loaing team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Work experience More than 2 years of work experience
- Good command of English./Good command of Chinese.
- Must have experience and knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Responsible, organization person, service mind
- Can work in other assignment job
