Responsibilities
1. Responsible for recruitment activities (end to end process).
2. Attract applicants through job advertisements, recruitment agencies, job sites, job fairs and universities.
3. Arrange interview appointments and responsible for follow up new employees until the onboard date.
4. Responsible for recruitment reports (weekly / monthly).
5. Perform other related responsibilities to support the HR Team.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in any fields. (Chinese is an advantage.）
2. Good Chinese skill is required.
3. Have work experience in HR or related fields at least 1 year.
4. Excellent at communicating and coordinating.
5. Multitasking and can perform well under pressure or tight deadlines.
