Responsibilities
- ประสานงานและดูแลความเรียบร้อยภายในสำนักงาน เช่น การประสานงานซ่อมแซม การบำรุงสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่าง ๆ
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมสต็อกอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน (Office Supplies) พร้อมดำเนินการจัดซื้อ
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชีเกี่ยวกับการเบิกค่าใช้จ่ายและเอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สนับสนุนและปฏิบัติงานด้านธุรการอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 22-35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี *ยินดีรับพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่*
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานธุรการหรือประสานงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel และ PowerPoint) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการประสานงาน การสื่อสาร และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถบริหารจัดการงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้
- หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
