Responsibilities
- สรรหาและคัดเลือกผู้สมัครให้ตรงตามคุณสมบัติและตำแหน่งงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- จัดทำและลงประกาศรับสมัครงานผ่าน Jobboard, Social Media, TikTok และแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ต่างๆ
- ดำเนินการ Live TikTok เพื่อการสรรหาบุคลากร
- คัดกรองใบสมัคร นัดหมาย และดำเนินการสัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้น
- ประสานงานกับหัวหน้าแผนกเพื่อจัดตารางการสัมภาษณ์
- จัดทำและดูแลฐานข้อมูลผู้สมัครเพื่อรองรับความต้องการในอนาคต
- ประสานงานเรื่องข้อเสนอการจ้างงานและขั้นตอนการเริ่มงานของพนักงานใหม่
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการสรรหา
Qualifications
- เพศชาย, หญิง, LGBTQ+ (เพศชายต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้วเท่านั้น)
- อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี
- ความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, CapCut และ Canva
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน HR หรือ Recruitment 1-2 ปี
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และคัดเลือกบุคลากรให้เหมาะสมกับตำแหน่งงาน
- ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง การแสดงออกอย่างมั่นใจ และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้สมัคร
- ความสามารถในการยืดหยุ่นเวลาทำงานและเข้ากะกลางคืนได้
