Responsibilities
- จัดหาและคัดเลือกผู้จำหน่าย (Vendor/Distributor/Partner) เพื่อขอใบเสนอราคา รวมถึงดำเนินการเปรียบเทียบราคา
- จัดทำเอกสารการจัดซื้อ เช่น PR และ PO พร้อมทั้งติดตามสถานะการสั่งซื้อและการจัดส่ง
- รวบรวมเอกสาร PR จากหน่วยงานต่างๆ ภายในองค์กร
- ควบคุมและบริหารงบประมาณการจัดซื้อให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ใบเสนอราคา, ใบส่งของ และใบแจ้งหนี้
- ประสานงานด้านการจัดส่งสินค้า การชำระเงิน และรวบรวมเอกสารเพื่อส่งมอบให้ฝ่ายบัญชี
- ควบคุมและบริหารจัดการสต็อกสินค้า (Inventory)
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- เพศชาย หญิง หรือ LGBTQ+ อายุระหว่าง 22 - 35 ปี
- ผู้สมัครชายต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้วเท่านั้น
- ไม่มีประวัติอาชญากรรม
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านงานจัดซื้อ และสามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมจัดซื้อพื้นฐาน รวมถึงโปรแกรม Microsoft Office พื้นฐานได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ได้
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านจัดซื้อหรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
