Responsibilities
- ควบคุมและกำกับดูแลกระบวนการคัดแยกพัสดุ
- ตรวจสอบ ควบคุม และวางแผนการจัดสรรกำลังคนให้เหมาะสมกับปริมาณงาน
- กำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานในส่วน Inbound, Outbound, Auto Packing และ Transport
- วางแผนและควบคุมการรับพัสดุ การคัดแยก และการส่งต่อให้เป็นไปตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อย ความสะอาด และความปลอดภัยภายในพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ (ชาย, หญิง, LGBTQ+)
- สำหรับเพศชาย ต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารหรือได้รับการยกเว้น
- อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) หรือปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ 2-3 ปีในศูนย์คัดแยกสินค้า, ศูนย์กระจายสินค้า หรือธุรกิจขนส่ง
- มีประสบการณ์ในระดับหัวหน้างาน 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Word, Excel และ Google Sheets
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ ทั้งกะเช้าและกะกลางคืน
