Training Specialist (English Speaking) - Global Jet Express (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (J&T Express)

1.) Analyze training needs and identify employee learning requirements
2.) Prepare annual and quarterly training plans aligned with business goals
3.) Develop and update training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, training manuals, and video scripts
4.) Deliver online and onsite training for Thai employees, using Thai as the primary language and English as support when needed
5.) Coordinate with external training providers and arrange professional certification programs
6.) Evaluate training effectiveness through tests, interviews, and practical assessments
7.) Monitor employees' learning progress and performance
8.) Prepare training reports and provide recommendations to improve training effectiveness
9.) Other tasks assgined by supervisor

1.) Bachelor's degree English, Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field
2.) Good command of English is a must
3.) Have working experience in Training or related to HR field at least 1-3 years
4.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to express training content and message clearly
5.) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially PPT
