Responsibilities
- พัฒนาและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้ารายสำคัญ
- เข้าใจความต้องการทางธุรกิจ เป้าหมาย และความท้าทายของลูกค้า
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมภายในเพื่อนำเสนอโซลูชันที่ปรับแต่งให้เหมาะกับลูกค้า
- ดำเนินการวิจัยตลาดเพื่อระบุแนวโน้ม โอกาส และสภาพการแข่งขัน
- ให้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกและคำแนะนำเพื่อปรับปรุงตำแหน่งทางการตลาด
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าข้อตกลงทั้งหมดสอดคล้องกับนโยบายและวัตถุประสงค์ของบริษัท
- ติดตามและรายงานตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพของลูกค้าหลัก
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขายเพื่อระบุโอกาสในการเติบโตและจุดที่ต้องปรับปรุง การทำงานร่วมกัน
Qualifications
