Responsibilities
1.การออกใบแจ้งหนี้และการเรียกเก็บเงิน (Invoicing & Billing): จัดทำและส่งใบแจ้งหนี้ลูกค้า ใบลดหนี้ (Credit Note) และใบเพิ่มหนี้ (Debit Note) ได้อย่างถูกต้องและตรงเวลา
2.การติดตามและจัดเก็บหนี้ (Collections): ติดตาม ทวงถาม และจัดเก็บยอดค้างชำระจากลูกค้า
3.การบันทึกรับชำระเงิน (Cash Application): ตรวจสอบและจับคู่การชำระเงินที่ได้รับ (เช่น การโอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร หรือเช็ค) กับใบแจ้งหนี้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และบันทึกรายการในระบบบัญชี
4.การกระทบยอดและการจัดทำรายงาน (Reconciliation & Reporting): กระทบยอดบัญชีลูกหนี้การค้า (Accounts Receivable: AR) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าข้อมูลมีความถูกต้อง และจัดทำรายงานอายุลูกหนี้ (AR Aging Report) เพื่อเสนอให้ฝ่ายบริหารใช้ในการติดตามและวิเคราะห์สถานะการรับชำระหนี้จากลูกค้า
Qualifications
1. จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีในสาขา การเงิน การบัญชี
2. มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านบัญชี AR 1-3 ปีขึ้นไป
3. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
4. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
