Responsibilities
1. Drafted various contracts signed by the company, conducted legal review and issued legal advice
2. Responsible for the legitimacy of the business activities for the company to provide legal advice, avoid legal risks
3. Coordinate company internal and external legal resources, complete the processing of all kinds of disputes
4. Other tasks per assigned
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree or higher with major in Law
2. Have at least 2 years of working experiences related to legal, and draft and review contracts
3. Good command of English is an advantage
4. High responsibility and attention to details
5. Proactive, composed integrity, have a strong dedication and sense of responsibility
