Responsibilities
1. ติดตาม ตรวจสอบเอกสาร บันทึกตั้งหนี้รายการซื้อสินค้า - จ่ายชำระเงิน
2. ติดตาม ตรวจสอบเอกสาร บันทึกตั้งหนี้รายการขายสินค้า พร้อมออกใบแจ้งหนี้ และรับชำระเงิน พร้อมออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน
3. จัดทำรายงาน Stock Card / บันทึกบัญชีปิดต้นทุนสินค้าประจำเดือน
4. จัดทำรายงาน สินค้าค้างสต็อก (Dead Stock)
5. ตรวจนับสต็อกนอกสถานที่ (ถ้ามี)
6. ติดตาม ตรวจสอบเอกสารใบเบิกใช้ภายในเดือน
7. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี การเงิน เท่านั้น
2. มีประสบการด้านบัญชีสินค้าคงคลัง (Inventory) 2-3 ปีขึ้นไป
3. ความรู้ด้านภาษี ภพ 30 / ภงด 3 / ภงด 53
4. สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหา และมีไหวพริบในการแก้ไขปัญหา
5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel (Pivot/Vlookup) ได้ดี
