Responsibilities
- Maintain and foster strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers.
- Develop and expand the customer base in target industry sectors.
- Offer products and engineering solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams to provide sales and after-sales support.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and track sales status to achieve targets.
- Analyze market needs and competitors to develop sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a sales engineer in a related industry.
- Excellent Mandarin Chinese communication skills (speaking, reading, writing).
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the sales process and customer life cycle.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for client meetings.
- Experience in selling technical products or industrial solutions will be considered a plus.
