In this Investment Banking AVP-VP role, you will be responsible for handling a diverse portfolio of corporate finance projects, with a primary focus on IPOs. Your scope will also include providing financial advisory for M&A, managing transactions related to Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code, and executing capital raising exercises. You will be involved from the initial assessment of potential deals and preparation of pitch books, through to the full execution of transactions, including conducting due diligence. A key aspect of this position involves developing forward-looking new business plans for clients and nurturing existing business relationships. You will liaise with various professional parties and communicate effectively with regulatory authorities, while staying abreast of corporate development and related rules. This role also entails managing and leading junior team members through the deal structuring and execution processes to ensure timely completion.
