Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor core trading systems, including iFIS and iFISd.
- Administer and monitor Internet trading systems.
- Provide technical support to users for front office trading-related issues.
- Collaborate with the back-end team to identify and resolve system bugs or issues.
- Assist the back-end team in understanding user requirements for new development.
- Support and troubleshoot software functionality issues within the production environment.
Qualifications
- Age between 30-40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or a related field.
- Knowledge of the Securities Trading Business.
- Familiarity with Securities Trading systems; experience with iFIS or iFISd is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based workstations and Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of AIX and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL or MySQL is a plus.
- Service-minded, a team player, flexible, proactive, and a fast learner.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Positive attitude towards learning new technologies and business processes.
