Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the Company's securities products and services.
  • Create and develop promotions and marketing programs to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and product usage.
  • Plan and manage advertising activities across online and offline channels.
  • Manage digital advertising activities across Social Media, Website, Search Engine, and other online advertising platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Investment Consultants, Product, IT, Compliance, and external agencies to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Develop marketing content and coordinate the production of marketing materials, including artwork, banners, videos, social media content, and other promotional materials.
  • Analyze target customers and investor behavior to develop relevant and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including customer acquisition, engagement, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and provide recommendations for future marketing activities.
  • Monitor market trends, investor behavior, competitors' marketing activities, and industry developments.
  • Ensure all marketing and advertising communications relating to securities products comply with applicable regulations and internal policies.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, Advertising, or Promotion.
  • Experience in the securities, financial services, investment, or banking industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong creativity with the ability to develop new marketing ideas, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and evaluate marketing campaign performance.
  • Good project management, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Digital Marketing, Analytics, CRM, or Marketing Platforms will be an advantage.
  • Strong interest in capital markets, investment products, and the securities business.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and achieve assigned targets.


    • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in marketing equities, derivatives, mutual funds, investment products, or securities services.
    • Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition.
    • Knowledge of Performance Marketing and media buying.
    • Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
    • Relevant securities licenses will be an advantage.
