Responsibilities

1.ดูแล ติดตั้ง บริหารจัดการ และแก้ไขปัญหาระบบ IT Infrastructure ขององค์กร เช่น Server, Network, Firewall, Wi-Fi และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2.ดูแลและบริหารจัดการระบบ Microsoft 365 (Office 365) ได้แก่ Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, User/Group & License Management และ Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) รวมถึงการกำหนดสิทธิ์และนโยบายด้าน Security ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3.ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหาระบบ Network ขององค์กร เช่น TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Firewall รวมถึงการเชื่อมต่อ Network ระหว่างสำนักงานและสาขา

4.ดูแลระบบ IP CCTV ตั้งแต่การสำรวจหน้างาน ออกแบบและกำหนดจุดติดตั้ง คำนวณมุมกล้อง รวมถึงวางแผน Storage และ Network Bandwidth ให้เหมาะสมกับจำนวนกล้องและความละเอียดของวิดีโอ

5.Configure และ Troubleshoot ระบบ CCTV และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น IP Camera, NVR/VMS, Network Switch, IP Address, VLAN และ Remote Access/VPN

6.ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาระบบ IT Infrastructure, Network และ CCTV ตามแผน Preventive Maintenance ทั้งในรูปแบบ Onsite และ Remote

7.ดูแลการ Update Firmware, Patch และ Security Configuration ของระบบและอุปกรณ์ที่รับผิดชอบ เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยและลดความเสี่ยงด้าน Cybersecurity

8.สนับสนุนและดำเนินการ Integration ระบบ CCTV ร่วมกับระบบอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Access Control, Intrusion Detection/Alarm, AI Video Analytics และระบบ IT ภายในองค์กร

9.ประสานงานและควบคุมการทำงานของ Vendor รวมถึงติดตาม Scope of Work, Timeline และ Budget ตลอดจนตรวจสอบและตรวจรับงานให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและมาตรฐานขององค์กร

10.จัดทำและดูแล Technical Documentation ของระบบ เช่น Network Diagram, IP Address List, System Configuration, Asset/Device Information รวมถึงคู่มือการใช้งานและ Troubleshooting

11.วิเคราะห์และแก้ไข Incident ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบที่รับผิดชอบ รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ Root Cause และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขหรือป้องกันปัญหาไม่ให้เกิดซ้ำ

Qualifications

1.วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2.มีประสบการณ์ด้าน System Engineer, IT Infrastructure, Network หรือ IP CCTV อย่างน้อย 2–3 ปี

3.มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการดูแล Microsoft 365 Administration เช่น Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive และ Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

4.มีความรู้ด้าน Networking เช่น TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, VPN, DNS, DHCP และ Firewall รวมถึงสามารถวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา Network ได้

5.มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับระบบ IP CCTV, IP Camera, NVR/VMS, Storage และการคำนวณ Network Bandwidth สำหรับระบบกล้องวงจรปิด

6.มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานด้าน IT Security เช่น Identity & Access Management, MFA, Patch/Firmware Management, Firewall และ Network Security

7.มีทักษะด้าน Troubleshooting สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ และสามารถหา Root Cause ของปัญหาได้

8.สามารถจัดทำ Technical Documentation และ System/Network Diagram ของระบบที่รับผิดชอบได้

9.มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและประสานงาน สามารถทำงานร่วมกับ User, Vendor และทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี

10.สามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงาน และรับมือกับ Incident หรือสถานการณ์เร่งด่วนได้

11.สามารถปฏิบัติงาน Onsite และเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้
