Responsibilities
- บริหารจัดการภาพรวมการปฏิบัติงานของธุรกิจ Sourcing รวมถึงวางแผน ควบคุมกระบวนการตั้งแต่การรับสินค้าจนถึงการส่งมอบให้ลูกค้า พร้อมทั้งกำกับดูแลให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพ ความถูกต้อง เวลา และต้นทุน รวมถึงวิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงกระบวนการเพื่อรองรับปริมาณคำสั่งซื้อและการเติบโตของธุรกิจ
- กำกับดูแลกระบวนการรับสินค้าและการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ ตั้งแต่การควบคุมการรับสินค้าจากซัพพลายเออร์ การตรวจสอบจำนวน น้ำหนัก สภาพสินค้า และคุณภาพให้ตรงตามคำสั่งซื้อและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด รวมถึงการจัดการกรณีสินค้าไม่ตรงตามคำสั่งซื้อ สินค้าเสียหาย หรือสินค้าไม่ได้คุณภาพ เพื่อลดความสูญเสียและปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
- บริหารจัดการ Order Fulfillment โดยควบคุมความถูกต้องของการจัดเตรียมสินค้าให้ตรงตามคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า ติดตามสถานะคำสั่งซื้อ และแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อการส่งมอบ รวมถึงการพัฒนาระบบและขั้นตอนการทำงานเพื่อเพิ่มความรวดเร็วและลดความผิดพลาด
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ ทีม Sourcing เพื่อให้ข้อมูลด้านสินค้า ปริมาณ และความพร้อมในการส่งมอบ, ทีม Sales เพื่อรองรับความต้องการและแก้ไขปัญหาจากคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า, ทีม Logistics/ขนส่ง เพื่อให้การส่งมอบเป็นไปตามแผน, และ Supplier/คู่ค้าในประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรับสินค้าและคุณภาพ
- บริหารและพัฒนาทีมงาน Operations ให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด รวมถึงการกำหนดมาตรฐานและตัวชี้วัด (KPI) สำหรับกระบวนการ Operations และติดตาม Productivity, Accuracy, Quality และ Service Level ของทีม
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและปรับปรุงกระบวนการ โดยระบุปัญหาและสาเหตุหลัก (Root Cause) ของกรณีสินค้าผิดจำนวน สินค้าเสียหาย หรือการส่งมอบล่าช้า พร้อมจัดทำรายงานและนำเสนอแนวทางเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน รวมถึงการใช้ข้อมูลในการวางแผนกำลังคน กระบวนการ และต้นทุนการปฏิบัติงาน
