Responsibilities
- รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจากผู้ใช้งาน (ทีมลูกค้าสัมพันธ์, ทีมบัญชี, ผู้ขาย, ผู้บริหาร) เพื่อจัดทำเอกสารข้อกำหนดสำหรับทีมพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์
- ออกแบบส่วนติดต่อผู้ใช้งาน (Screen Design) และกำหนดกระบวนการทำงานของระบบ
- ส่งมอบเอกสารข้อกำหนดและแบบหน้าจอตามกำหนดเวลาก่อนเริ่มรอบการพัฒนา (Sprint Planning)
- จัดทำ Test Scenario และ Test Case พร้อมทั้งทดสอบระบบก่อนส่งมอบให้ผู้ใช้งาน
- ประสานงานการทดสอบระบบกับผู้ใช้งาน (UAT) และจัดทำคู่มือการใช้งาน
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลในระบบเมื่อเกิดข้อสงสัยหรือปัญหาจากผู้ใช้งาน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวิเคราะห์ระบบอย่างน้อย 2 ปี รวมถึงการเก็บรวบรวมความต้องการจากผู้ใช้งานและการจัดทำเอกสารสำหรับทีมพัฒนา
- ความสามารถในการจัดทำเอกสารข้อกำหนดระบบ (Functional Specification) ที่ชัดเจนและครบถ้วน
- มีทักษะในการออกแบบหน้าจอผู้ใช้งานด้วย Figma, Adobe XD หรือเครื่องมือที่เทียบเท่า
- สามารถจัดทำ Test Scenario และ Test Case รวมถึงทดสอบระบบด้วยตนเองได้
- สามารถเขียนคำสั่ง SQL เบื้องต้นเพื่อตรวจสอบข้อมูลในฐานข้อมูลได้
- มีความเข้าใจในขั้นตอนธุรกิจการซื้อขายออนไลน์ เช่น คำสั่งซื้อ การชำระเงิน รอบจัดส่ง และส่วนลด
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานแบบ Sprint และใช้งาน Jira ได้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดีเยี่ยม และประสานงานระหว่างผู้ใช้งานที่ไม่มีพื้นฐานทางเทคนิคกับทีมพัฒนาได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนาระบบ E-commerce, Marketplace, ระบบคลังสินค้า หรือระบบรับชำระเงิน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากสามารถอ่านเอกสาร API และทดสอบ API ด้วย Postman ได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากสามารถจัดทำแผนผังกระบวนการ (Flowchart, BPMN) หรือแผนผังฐานข้อมูล (ER Diagram) ได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการทดสอบแอปพลิเคชันบนมือถือ (Android / iOS) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
