Domestic Business Partnership, Operations & Local Management

• Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with the GM and HR Manager in Thailand to propose innovative ideas, analyze logistics costs (freight, warehousing, customs clearance), and design financial frameworks that drive business growth.
  
• Cashier Monitoring & Liquidity Control: Closely monitor and audit the cash receipt and payment (Cashier) systems for both branches.
  
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) collections from clients and Accounts Payable (AP) disbursements to shipping lines, airlines, and subcontractors.
  
• Manage petty cash and operational cash reserves required for immediate on-site logistics expenses (e.g., port charges, customs duties, container lifting fees), ensuring high liquidity and transparency.
  

Global Reporting & HQ Alignment

• Core Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate financial statements, cash flow reports, and profitability analyses (by branch/job) primarily to the Finance HQ in China within strict deadlines and group standards.
  
• Policy Alignment & Risk Control: Adopt, enforce, and strictly implement internal control policies, credit limits, and risk management guidelines dictated by the China HQ.
  
• Cross-Border Communication: Act as the primary bridge to handle, clarify, and execute overseas remittances, agent settlements, and double-check cross-border financial transactions with the China HQ.

2. Experience & Industry Knowledge

• Prior financial or accounting background in Logistics industry
  
• Strong understanding of logistics financial workflows: billing, credit terms, shipping line settlements, port charges, and collection cycles.
  
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a financial or accounting supervisory/senior role is highly preferred.
  

3. Language Skills

• English: Excellent business-level English proficiency for reporting, presentations, and management-level collaboration.
