Responsibilities
- Supervise staff adherence to Quality Standard Procedures (QSP), Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSP), Quality Policy, and Environmental Policy.
- Ensure the quality of work meets customer requirements.
- Monitor and guide staff to maintain company discipline and conduct.
- Inspect machines for optimal working condition and cleanliness.
- Oversee production output to ensure on-time shipments and achievement of targets.
- Maintain a tidy and clean work area.
- Control raw materials according to established standards and promote effective utilization.
- Provide training to staff to enhance job knowledge, techniques, and skills.
- Plan and allocate manpower to align with production needs.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues within scope of authority.
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication and information reporting.
- Perform duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Promote and participate in company activities.
- Control the usage of both indirect and direct materials.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date work-related documents.
- Exercise authority to stop production across all shifts to address quality problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
