Quality Engineer - บริษัท เอลเลค แอนด์ เอลเทค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

In this Quality Engineer role, you will primarily analyze defect origins and utilize the Corrective Action Request (CAR) system to drive both short-term and long-term quality solutions, preventing recurrence. You will be responsible for developing standard operating procedures for quality control within the production process, including instructions for test equipment. Additionally, you will collaborate with in-process Quality Control (QC) to support internal production process controls, aiming to prevent defect escapes and reduce overall defects.

You will conduct audits to ensure compliance with established working methods and promote adherence among both Production (PD) and Quality Control (QC) teams. This role also involves monitoring and following up on assigned projects, preparing weekly and monthly work summary reports, and identifying and implementing improvements for cost reduction initiatives. You will ensure and confirm the functionality of new equipment or machines to verify they produce products meeting specified requirements.
