Responsibilities
• Maintain and support application services for stability and performance.
• Basis Application, Database and system troubleshooting, daily system support
• Respond to and resolve critical application issue and system alert.
• Coordinate with technicians Follow up and coordinate until the job can be closed in the specified time.
• Report all application & service impacting issues of detection.
Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of applications, systems and database
• Coordinate, oversee, analyze, and maintain computer systems.
• Ability to document processes and procedures related to systems operator, update user's manuals, and technical manuals as necessary
