• Onsite maintenance for HOTS Products (ATM etc.)
• Available to work in other home town according to job assignment
• Training basic machine operation to customer
• Do problem analysis and identify to resolve
• Support machine preparation for sale
• Kitting new machine at warehouse
• Repair a broken of machine parts at repair center
• Manage to return a used spare part on time
• Any other jobs required by HOTS-TH local managers and/or HOTS Japan

- Bachelor degree in electric, computer or relating field.

- Have basic knowledge on computer hardware and software.

- 1-2 years relevant experience in IT technical support will be an advantage .

- Understanding of desktop, laptop and printer and TCP/IP networking.

- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.

- Own car or motorcycle.
