Responsibilities
- Onsite maintenance for HOTS Products (ATM etc.)
- Available to work in other home town according to job assignment
- Training basic machine operation to customer
- Do problem analysis and identify to resolve
- Support machine preparation for sale
- Kitting new machine at warehouse
- Repair a broken of machine parts at repair center
- Manage to return a used spare part on time
- Any other jobs required by HOTS-TH local managers and/or HOTS Japan

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in electric, computer or relating field.
- Have basic knowledge on computer hardware and software.
- 1-2 years relevant experience in IT technical support will be an advantage .
- Understanding of desktop, laptop and printer and TCP/IP networking.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Own car or motorcycle.
