Responsibilities
1. Video Production - Planning, Shooting &
Editing
Plan & Shoot: Turn briefs into storyboards and shot lists; shoot on site (customer sites, events, studio) with proper framing, lighting and sound; usable footage >= 90%. Edit: Cut short-form and long-form videos with subtitles, sound, colour and motion graphics; deliver >= 8 videos per month to each platform spec; average revision rounds <= 2. Formats: Propose new video formats (demo, how-to, testimonial, behind-the-scenes) based on performance data (views, watch time, saves).
2. Graphic Design & On-camera Support
Graphics: Produce thumbnails, covers, social visuals and simple artwork from CI templates; adapt video key visuals into static posts. Back-up: Cover simple design jobs when the Graphic Designer is at capacity; follow the Content Approval SOP before release. On-camera: Present or voice-over product demos, how-to and short social clips when the brief calls for a host (a plus, not required for every job).
3. Content Calendar, Assets & Equipment
Calendar: Plan the monthly video calendar and shoot schedule with the Content Creators and Media Lead. Assets & Equipment: File footage, project files and exports per naming standard within 2 days; maintain, book and issue shooting equipment.
4. General Support & Other Assignments
Support: Support demo videos for Sales, events, livestreams and urgent cross-brand jobs. Other: Execute other special tasks or cross-functional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
- High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's degree in Film/Media Production, Digital Media, Communication Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Age between 18 - 35 years old.
- 2-5 years of experience in video shooting and editing for social media and brand content. A showreel is required.
- Proficiency in camera, lighting, and audio operation.
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and subtitles.
- Understanding of platform specifications for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with AI video tools.
- Graphic design portfolio, on-camera presenting, and voice-over experience are a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.
