- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction across electrical, mechanical, and civil works.
- Inspect installation work and verify it matches the approved for-construction (IFC) drawings and specifications.
- Perform quality-control (QC) checks, raise non-conformances, and manage punch lists to close-out.
- Direct and monitor contractors and subcontractors on daily work and workmanship.
- Check delivered materials and installed equipment for compliance with specifications.
- Enforce safety standards, permit-to-work, and site regulations.
- Coordinate with the design/engineering team on site queries (RFIs) and drawing clarifications.
- Track construction progress and report status, quality issues, and risks to the Project Manager.

- กำกับและติดตามผู้รับเหมาและผู้รับเหมาช่วงในงานประจำวันและคุณภาพฝีมือ
- ตรวจสอบวัสดุที่ส่งมอบและอุปกรณ์ที่ติดตั้งให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
- บังคับใช้มาตรฐานความปลอดภัย ระบบใบอนุญาตทำงาน และกฎระเบียบหน้างาน
- ประสานงานกับทีมออกแบบ/วิศวกรรมเรื่องข้อซักถามหน้างาน (RFI) และการชี้แจงแบบ
- ติดตามความคืบหน้างานก่อสร้าง และรายงานสถานะ ปัญหาคุณภาพ และความเสี่ยงต่อผู้จัดการโครงการ
Day-to-Day Duties / หน้าที่ประจำวัน
- Run daily site coordination and toolbox (safety) meetings.
- Walk the site to inspect installation against the drawings across disciplines.
- Carry out QC inspections, record results, and issue and follow up non-conformance reports.
- Direct contractors, resolve site issues, and reallocate manpower as needed.
- Raise RFIs to the design team and communicate answers back to the site.
- Update progress and QC records and report to the Project Manager.
- จัดประชุมประสานงานหน้างานประจำวันและประชุมความปลอดภัยก่อนเริ่มงาน (toolbox)
- เดินตรวจหน้างานเพื่อตรวจสอบการติดตั้งเทียบกับแบบในทุกสายงาน
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ QC บันทึกผล และออกและติดตามรายงานงานที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด (NCR)
- กำกับผู้รับเหมา แก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน และจัดสรรกำลังคนใหม่ตามความจำเป็น
- ออก RFI ไปยังทีมออกแบบและสื่อสารคำตอบกลับมายังหน้างาน
- ปรับปรุงบันทึกความคืบหน้าและ QC และรายงานต่อผู้จัดการโครงการ

- Installation completed as per the approved drawings with minimal non-conformances.
- QC inspections and punch lists closed out on schedule.
- Milestones (mechanical completion, energization) met on time.
- Zero lost-time safety incidents on site.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent site experience).
- 5-10 years' construction/site experience, including a supervisory or QC lead role.
- Experience in solar PV or power-plant construction is preferred.
- Able to read construction drawings and specifications and perform QC inspections.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to be based at project sites; valid driving license.
- ปริญญาตรีหรืออนุปริญญา สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล หรือโยธา (หรือมีประสบการณ์หน้างานเทียบเท่า)
- ประสบการณ์งานก่อสร้าง/หน้างาน 5-10 ปี รวมถึงบทบาทหัวหน้างานหรือหัวหน้าฝ่าย QC
- มีประสบการณ์งานก่อสร้างโซลาร์เซลล์หรือโรงไฟฟ้าจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- อ่านแบบก่อสร้างและข้อกำหนดได้ และดำเนินการตรวจสอบ QC ได้
- มีภาวะผู้นำ ทักษะการประสานงาน และการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี
- สามารถประจำที่หน้างานโครงการได้ และมีใบขับขี่
Certifications & Licenses / ใบอนุญาต / ใบรับรอง
- Safety officer / supervisor (จป.) training required or a strong advantage.
- Professional/Associate Engineer license (ก.ว.) is an advantage.
- QA/QC or work-at-height certification is an advantage.
- ผ่านการอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยระดับหัวหน้างาน (จป.) จำเป็นหรือพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษอย่างยิ่ง
- ใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม (ก.ว.) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ใบรับรองด้าน QA/QC หรือการทำงานบนที่สูงจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- Experience supervising multi-discipline (E&M + civil) solar construction.
- Experience with QA/QC systems, ITPs, and inspection documentation.
- Familiar with the utility connection and commissioning process.
