- Lead and direct the daily work of site workers and subcontractor labour crews.
- Organize manpower, tools, and materials to meet the daily work plan.
- Supervise installation of mounting structures, modules, cabling, and civil works per the drawings.
- Ensure work quality and workmanship meet specifications and standards.
- Enforce safety rules, PPE use, and permit-to-work at the work face.
- Check and control material usage and report shortages or damage.
- Coordinate with other trades and crews to keep work flowing.
- Report daily progress, manpower, and issues to the Site Engineer / Construction Lead.

- ควบคุมงานติดตั้งโครงสร้างรองรับแผง แผงโซลาร์ การเดินสาย และงานโยธาตามแบบ
- ดูแลให้คุณภาพงานและฝีมือเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและมาตรฐาน
- บังคับใช้กฎความปลอดภัย การสวมอุปกรณ์ป้องกัน (PPE) และระบบใบอนุญาตทำงานที่หน้างาน
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการใช้วัสดุ และรายงานวัสดุขาดหรือเสียหาย
- ประสานงานกับช่างและทีมงานสายอื่นเพื่อให้งานเดินหน้าต่อเนื่อง
- รายงานความคืบหน้า กำลังคน และปัญหาประจำวันต่อวิศวกรหน้างาน / หัวหน้างานก่อสร้าง
Day-to-Day Duties / หน้าที่ประจำวัน
- Brief the crew on the day's tasks and safety at the start of shift (toolbox talk).
- Assign and supervise workers across the work areas.
- Monitor installation quality and correct issues on the spot.
- Track material and tool usage and arrange resupply.
- Record daily manpower, progress, and any incidents.
- Report status to the Site Engineer / Construction Lead.

Qualifications
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

Certifications & Licenses / ใบอนุญาต / ใบรับรอง
- Vocational certificate (ปวช./ปวส.) or equivalent site experience.
- 3-5 years' construction site experience, including leading a work crew.
- Experience in solar PV, electrical, or structural installation is a plus.
- Able to read construction drawings.
- Able to be based at project sites upcountry; valid driving license.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with field crews.
- ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช./ปวส.) หรือมีประสบการณ์หน้างานเทียบเท่า
- ประสบการณ์งานก่อสร้างหน้างาน 3-5 ปี รวมถึงการนำทีมคนงาน
- มีประสบการณ์งานติดตั้งโซลาร์เซลล์ ไฟฟ้า หรือโครงสร้างจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- อ่านแบบก่อสร้างได้
- สามารถประจำที่หน้างานโครงการต่างจังหวัดได้ และมีใบขับขี่
- มีภาวะผู้นำและทักษะการสื่อสารกับทีมงานหน้างานที่ดี

- Experience as a foreman on solar PV construction.
- Experience supervising subcontractor labour.
- Basic knowledge of QA/QC inspection at the work face.
