Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Help global customers find technical information (datasheets, specs, and reference designs) on the company website to answer their initial questions.
- Demo Setup: Learn to set up and run standard product demonstrations (FPGA cards and IP Cores) for remote or onsite presentations.
- Product Validation (PoC): Use ready-made R&D kits to show customers that our technology meets their basic project requirements.
- Market Feedback: Listen to customer "pain points" and share this feedback with our R&D team to help improve future products.
- Competitive Learning: Study the "Design Gateway Advantage" to understand why our hardware solutions are better than software or competitor options.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (New graduates are welcome!).
- Hardware Interest: Basic knowledge of FPGA boards (AMD/Altera), network switches, or storage devices (NVMe).
- OS Basics: Comfortable using both Windows and Linux to run tools and basic scripts.
- Software Awareness: Familiarity with (or a strong desire to learn) Vivado or Quartus to load bitstreams and run simulations.
- AI-Ready: Open to using Generative AI tools to help write technical notes, optimize basic scripts (Python/C++), and analyze data.
- Communication: Good command of English (written for emails and verbal for basic demonstrations).
- Mindset: A quick learner who stays calm during technical troubleshooting and enjoys explaining technology to others.
