Responsibilities
- Customer Outreach: Follow up with potential global customers to understand their project requirements, timelines and budgets.
- Learning Use Cases: Study how our technology solves real-world problems (e.g., "How our solutions reduce CPU load and latency in Data Centers") and explain these benefits to clients.
- Sales Administration: Support the senior team by creating formal price quotes, managing CRM data, and tracking Purchase Orders.
- Team Coordination: Act as the "Engagement Leader" for a sale—scheduling technical demos with our engineers (FAEs) and gathering documents from the marketing team.
- Partner Support: Help our global distributors by providing them with the latest product updates and sales materials.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Electronic, or Science). New graduates with a passion for Technical & Business are welcome!
- Technical Interest: You don’t need to be a coder, but you should be curious about how FPGAs, Data Centers, and Networking work.
- Good English: Proficiency in English is a must, as you will be the primary voice for our international clients.
- People Skills: You are comfortable talking to new people, persistent in following up, and have a positive, "never-give-up" attitude.
- AI-Ready: Open to using Generative AI tools to write professional emails, research new companies, and improve sales efficiency.
- Business Mindset: A strong desire to move from "Engineering" into "Business Development" and global sales strategy.
