Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, C&B, training & development, and labor law compliance.
- Develop and implement HR systems (policies, job descriptions, performance appraisal, personnel data control).
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, promotion, transfer, and demotion.
- Manage time attendance, bonus, benefits) and employment contracts, including renewals.
- Handle employee relations, coaching, disciplinary actions, and capability development programs.
- Design and manage compensation & benefits to ensure competitiveness and legal compliance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, work permits, social security, and related regulations.
- Advise management on HR matters and support company strategy.
- Manage visas and work permits for Japanese employees.
- Oversee company licenses, important documents, and asset management.
- Serve as Environmental Committee representative and lead ISO 14001 activities.
Qualifications
• Gender: Male/Female, age 40–50 years old
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in HR, including 5 years in HR & GA management
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations, including ISO14000
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Willing to operate GA & Admin Operation, and provide Legal Work Support
• Good command of English
