Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitors within the sector to identify new business opportunities.
- Manages existing accounts relationships and establishes new accounts to expands customer base.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions.
- Focuses sales efforts by analyzing potential customer volume and conducting After-sale services.
- Communicates the outcomes of customer and sales pitches to the team by report.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
- Coordinate with manufacturing companies and headquarter to resolve any issues related to product availability, quality, or delivery.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales team and the company.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical graduated with Certificate in Pharmacy.
- Age: Not more than 30 years old.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of pharmacist or Sale specialist in medicine
**New graduated with pharmaceutical also welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Presentation Skills both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Closing Skills, Sales planning.
- Have driving license and own car.
