Responsibilities
Sunrain is seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily storage and distribution operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of safety, accuracy, and efficiency in our facility. The ideal candidate is a strong leader capable of optimizing warehouse processes, managing inventory, and guiding a dedicated team to meet operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee all warehouse activities, including the receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits. Resolve discrepancies and optimize stock layouts for maximum space utilization.
Team Management: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff. Foster a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols and ensure strict adherence to local workplace safety regulations. Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly inspected and maintained.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate current workflows and implement improvement initiatives to reduce costs, minimize errors, and increase overall productivity.
Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on warehouse performance metrics, including order fulfillment rates, inventory accuracy, and labor efficiency.Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in warehouse management, supply chain, or a supervisory logistics role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and safely lift/move items up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
