Service Engineer - บริษัท โยโกกาวา (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Provide repair, maintenance, and installation services for after-sales equipment at customer sites
• Deliver on-call, remote, and on-site support for automation and control systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and control system issues
• Prepare service reports and document encountered issues for future improvements
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and resolve problems effectively

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in process control, industrial automation, or a related field is an advantage.
• Understanding of measurement instruments and automation control systems (PLC, DCS)
• Ability to read and modify basic control programs
• Strong problem-solving skills and capability to perform under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD or Microsoft Visio is an advantage.
• TOEIC score of 500 or above.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites in other provinces
• Experience in control programming is a plus.
