Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems.

• Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT equipment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

• Apply knowledge of IT architecture design to enhance system performance, scalability, and efficiency.

• Use project experience to guide implementation decisions and best practices.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and project implementation.

• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Familiarity with architecture design principles and IT system optimization.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (TOEIC score of 600 or higher preferred).
