Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the sourcing, development, operation guidance, and optimization of the service network within the jurisdiction;

2. Responsible for the staffing, on-the-job management, adjustment, and replacement of key personnel in the service stations within the jurisdiction;

3. Responsible for supervising and evaluating the timeliness, efficiency, and pass rate of repairs at service stations within the jurisdiction;

4. Responsible for customer service satisfaction, handling customer complaints, disputes, and public opinion management within the assigned region;

5. Responsible for verifying and managing the authenticity of outbound rescue and transfer services provided by service stations within the jurisdiction;

6. Responsible for coordinating the service support resource needs of service stations within the jurisdiction and promoting the resolution of pain points;

7. Responsible for submitting suggestions for the annual star rating of service stations in the jurisdiction and promoting improvement projects; 8. Responsible for planning and implementing regular market service activities for service stations in the jurisdiction; 9. Responsible for conducting market service dynamic research and providing feedback on competitors or industry players in the jurisdiction.

Qualifications

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Automotive , Engineering , Technical or related field.

- Automotive and PDI Inspection , Basic technical knowledge , Technician work

- High general computer skill in MS Office

- Fluent in English (written, listen and spoken)

- Strong communication, coaching and training skill.

- Strong interpersonal skill.
