Responsibilities
- Verify the arrangement of billing documents
- Checking WHT with receipt transection
- Receive the Cheques each day verify correctly and completely
- Checking bank slip from customer with bank movement.
- Issuing the Receipt, Receipt/Tax invoice in Forward Pro IMPORT (COD)
- Verify the efficiency of billing operations, receiving daily cheque from messenger and outsource to complete appointments on according time
- Prepare the correctness of all Invoices and Receipt/Tax Invoices were properly prepared, and entering receipt and tax invoice in Forward Pro & IFreight systems and print out
- match the document and release D/O to customer.
- Investigate complaints of messenger and outsource billing services and find solutions to problems with the department head.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant skills (Welcome fresh graduate)
• Good at English in writing, listening and speaking for daily conversation and translation (To know Mandarin is an advantage)
• Computer literacy (MS office, advance excel)
• Good emailing, time management, multi-task skills
• To know and understand shipping, forwarding, logistics services is an advantage
• Organized, careful, supportive, willing to learn new knowledge.**
• Can work under pressure with high responsibility**
• Detail-oriented.
• Service mind and friendly communicate to customer/messengers.
