Responsibilities
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและคู่ค้าขนส่งเพื่อจัดการการส่งออกสินค้า
- จัดเตรียมและตรวจสอบเอกสารส่งออกที่จำเป็น เช่น Booking Confirmation
- ติดตามสถานะการขนส่งสินค้าและแจ้งความคืบหน้าให้ลูกค้าทราบอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- แก้ไขปัญหาหรือความล่าช้าที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการส่งออก
- ให้ข้อมูลและคำแนะนำที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับการขนส่งระหว่างประเทศและระเบียบการส่งออก
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาโลจิสติกส์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Export Customer Service หรือการประสานงานส่งออก 1-2 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการส่งออกและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- ทักษะการแก้ปัญหาและการจัดการสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้า
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ระบบ ERP หรือโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขนส่ง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
