• Market and Industry Research: Study and analyze the current beauty and health product market, understanding both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) demands to identify new needs and opportunities.

• Marketing Strategy Planning: Collaborate in planning and developing promotions, marketing materials, and various campaigns that align with market demands and company objectives.

• Supplier Management: Source, select, and coordinate with suppliers involved in the production of marketing materials or promotional activities, from start to finish.

• Execution and Performance Tracking: Proactively carry out assigned marketing tasks, and meticulously monitor and evaluate campaign results.

• Content Creation: Develop and create engaging marketing content, both online and offline, to enhance brand awareness and attract target audiences.

• Digital Channel Management: Manage social media and other online channels to strengthen brand image and engagement.

• Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support team and company goals.

    

• New graduates are welcome! Or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interest and eagerness to learn about the beauty and health product market.

• Creative thinking abilities; able to propose innovative ideas.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team under pressure.

• Highly responsible and capable of managing multiple tasks.

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing or design software will be an advantage.
