Responsibilities
- Overseeing the structural design process for a range of projects.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet all technical, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Providing strategic direction and guidance to the structural design team.
- Reviewing and approving design drawings, calculations and specifications.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborating with clients, contractors and stakeholders to address design-related concerns.
- Mentoring and developing junior engineers within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years' experience in structural engineering design, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficient in the use of structural design software and analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Good English Skill.
- Computer Knowledge : MS office, AutoCad, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, STAADPro.
- Knowledge of Thai laws and regulations.
- Understanding of construction permit application processes.
- Possesses a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
