BIM Modeler (M&E) - Rayong - บริษัท ไทยชิมิสึ จำกัด

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing 3D BIM models throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will perform crucial clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts across various disciplines, including Architectural, Structural, and MEP, utilizing specialized BIM software. Your responsibilities will also include preparing and managing essential project documentation, such as clash reports, project updates, and the submission of RFIs (Requests for Information) and shop drawings to clients. You will review shop drawings to ensure compliance with project standards and model accuracy, maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. This position requires strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, alongside competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
