Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage 3D BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between various disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP, etc.).
Prepare and manage documentation, including clash reports and project updates, for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Review shop drawings for compliance with project standards and model accuracy.
Manage the submission of RFIs (Requests for Information), clash detection reports, and shop drawings to the client.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
A minimum of 3 years of a BIM-related role.
Demonstrated experience in clash detection, analysis, and resolution using BIM software.
Strong skills in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD with competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
Good command of the English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
