Responsibilities
- Plan and execute corporate and wellness experiential marketing activities and public relations initiatives.
- Manage the Corporate Identity (CI) and ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints.
- Plan and design health & wellness activities,
workshops, and community events that reflect the company’s wellness philosophy
and resident lifestyle.
- Design and improve customer touchpoints to create a consistent and delightful experience.
- Develop content for external and internal communication across various channels for target customers and residents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for effective activities and communications.
- Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of campaigns and activities.
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations for future strategy improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communication Arts, Public Relations, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Marketing or Brand Management
- Understanding of creating positive customer experiences and managing corporate image
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Creative mindset with the ability to work under challenging deadlines
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
