Responsibilities
- Provide database services to customers to meet SLA and service contracts.
- Install and configure database systems to adhere to international standards or achieve maximum efficiency.
- Set up and configure database features accurately and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot database usage issues and backup systems to ensure customer service according to SLA.
- Monitor the operation of database systems, database features, backup systems, and other related services.
- Perform database backup and recovery in case of system damage.
- Maintain and tune database systems for optimal performance.
- Analyze and find solutions to database usage issues to ensure customer service according to SLA.
- Study new techniques, methods, or technologies and present them to the team for continuous service improvement. Prepare and support technical data for Change Control Management (CCM).
- Develop and present manuals/work instructions to the team.
- Prepare various reports such as performance reports, incident reports, or others as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: 0-2 years (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Knowledge and skills in database management systems and related software.
- Proficiency in Database System and Database Management tools.
- Understanding of operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, Ubuntu, and others.
- Basic understanding of SQL.
