Training Specialist - TPV Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

1. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual training plans aligned with organizational objectives.

2. Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs and learning materials.

3. Coordinate and liaise with internal and external trainers to ensure training effectiveness.

4. Evaluate training outcomes and effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, and support compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

6. Support Employee Relations (ER) activities and department-related initiatives as assigned.

1. Good communication and presentation skills
2. Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Ability to design and develop training materials, including posters, visual media, and training videos
