Mechanical Engineer (RD) - บริษัท ทีพีวี เทคโนโลยี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

Responsible for analyzing and resolving engineering issues during the product development stage to ensure products are developed and launched to the market according to the planned schedule.

Prepare and revise Engineering Drawings, including preparing and releasing Product Specifications for mechanical components.

Prepare and control all relevant documents throughout the product development process to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Communicate and coordinate with customers and relevant departments to support the smooth progress of product development activities.

Track the development progress of mechanical components to ensure completion according to the project plan and schedule.

Track, analyze, and resolve structural issues and abnormalities of display products, propose improvement solutions, and conduct countermeasure verification.

Research and collect information on new materials, new manufacturing processes, new equipment, and new technologies and apply them to new product development.

Coordinate with R&D, Production, Quality, Engineering, and other relevant departments to resolve issues and support product development.

Use and coordinate activities through PLM and SAP systems related to the product development process.

Good command of Chinese communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastic Molding, Mold Engineering, or a related field.

Knowledge and experience in Mechanical Design / Product Development will be an advantage.

Proficient in using ProE/Creo, AutoCAD, or other CAD software.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as Metal Stamping, Plastic Injection Molding, and Die Casting.

Knowledge of Surface Treatment / Surface Finishing Processes.

Knowledge of plastic mold structure and operation will be an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow up on tasks and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.

Knowledge or experience in using PLM and SAP systems will be an advantage.
