Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact between customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project schedules, costs, risks, and progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate procurement activities and support equipment selection and supplier evaluation.
- Support site installation, commissioning, testing, and project handover activities.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when required.
- Collaborate with Process, Design, and Automation Engineers to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Experience in project engineering, plant engineering, food & beverage, or industrial projects is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
